Erica Hanrahan
FOUNDER,TEACHER, DIRECTOR, MUSICAL DIRECTOR, VOCAL COACH
Erica is a long time veteran of TV, Theatre, and Film. Her recent TV and Film credits include Call Me Kat, The United States of Al, Lotte, Dream Job, Alexa & Katie, The Office, Rules of Engagement, How I Met Your Mother, Body of Proof, and ‘TilDeath. Her theatre credits are extensive and include, the iconic Wicked Witch of The West in The Wizard of Oz at Musical Theatre West, Sweat with MRE starring Tony winner Jennifer Holliday, LaMirada Theatre’s production of Matilda as Mrs.Woormwood and Cabaret as Fraulein Kost (Ovation Nomination). Other notable credits include The Beggar Woman in South Coast Rep’s production of Sweeney Todd, Aldonza opposite Richard White in Man of La Mancha, Tanya in Mamma Mia, Desiree in A Little Night Music, Pam in Baby, (Desert Theatre League Award), and Heather in I’m Still Getting My Act Together and Taking It On The Road... (Directed by and starring Gretchen Cryer). Erica not only teaches the World Music program at Roascomare Road Elementary School (LAUSD), she teaches several performing and theatre arts programs all throughout SoCal. Erica is a proud member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA.
Mario Mosley

Mario Mosley attended the UCLA School of Theatre, Film, and Television and has been a guest instructor at over 100 performing arts and academic institutions throughout the world. His love and talents in so many fields of the performing arts have presented him with the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting names in the entertainment industry, including Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Ariana Grande, Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Prince, Sia, Justin Timberlake, The Pussycat Dolls, Snoop Dogg, Zac Efron, Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Clarkson and many more. Some of his credits include Grammy Awards, World Music Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards, Miss Universe Pageant, Miss Teen USA, Dreamgirls, Euphoria, iCarly, Walk Hard, Castle, MadTV, RuPaul’s Drag U, Dance Your A** Off, Nickelodeon, Jardiance, Redfin, Heineken, Kia, Sprite, Popeyes, It Gets Better Tour, Michael Jackson’s Sisterella, Notre Dame de Paris, Joe’s Garage, and more. Mario has directed and choreographed numerous musical productions including, Mary Poppins, Little Mermaid, Matilda, Shrek, Aladdin, Hamilton, Wizard of Oz, Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, Jack and the Beanstalk, Grease, 101 Dalmatians, Aristocats and endless others. Mario is a proud member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA.
Meghann Lucas

Katee Shean
CHOREOGRAPHER
Katee Shean was the top female on Season 4 of So You Think You Can Dance, and feels very fortunate to have been able to make her childhood dream of performing a reality. Katee was the dance captain on the Taylor Swift “RED” world tour, and has been able to perform in many countries all over the world. She has also danced for many other artists including JLo, Miley Cyrus, and Rihanna. Katee danced on television and award shows including Glee, Emmys, Grammys, Oscars, American Music Awards and more. She has also continued on to pursue acting. Credits include New Girl, Grown-ish, With Love, and more. She now loves teaching and being a part of the creative journey for the up and coming generation of performers. Katee is a Chapman University graduate, loves her two dogs, and is also an avid french-fry-eater.
Charlean Carmon
MUSIC DIRECTOR
Chicago native Charlean Carmon is a singer, songwriter and vocal producer whose vast experience includes film, television, and tours. Her film credits include Rio, Dreamgirls, Hidden Figures, Guardians Of The Galaxy 2, Deadpool 2, Bad Boys For Life, Nope and The Colour Purple. Charlean is a true vocal chameleon, able to seamlessly transition from genre to genre. She has worked as a backing vocalist for a long list of artists that includes Christina Aguilera, Eric Clapton, Stevie Wonder, Shania Twain, Deborah Cox, John Legend, Cynthia Erivo and Leonard Cohen. She has made over 800 national and international television appearances. Some of which include The Emmys, The Grammys, The Academy Awards, The American Music Awards,The View, The Late Show With James Corden, Wetten Das (Germany), Fame Academy (Spain), Top Of The Pops (UK), Everybody Hates Chris, The Kennedy Center Honors, In Performance At The White House, The Tonight Show, Saturday Night Live and seven seasons of American Idol. In addition to working as a backing vocalist on American Idol, she stepped into the role of vocal producer for the show’s iTunes recordings for three seasons. Her off camera credits include Young Rock, Carnival Row, The Get Down, The Good Fight, Kingdom Business, FOX’s Rocky Horror Picture Show and The Simpsons.
MUSIC DIRECTOR
Jessie Guthrie is originally from the Bay Area. She moved to Los Angeles to go to UCLA and pursue her dream of becoming a performer. She graduated with a BA in theater from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television, and is now an actor in LA. She is currently a student at The Groundlings School and has studied with Lesly Kahn. Most recently, you can see Jessie on the Lifetime channel.
A Boston native who’s been dancing since she was three, Meghann studied Dance and Theatre at both Hofstra and Jacksonville Universities. She has been teaching dance for the past 15 years in both the New England and Los Angeles areas. She has performed with local dance and theatre companies and most notably in the hybrid dance-theater company Thrance.
In addition to owning her own dance company for the past six years, Kickstart Dance, located in West LA., Meghann has been Directing and Choreographing all throughout the area for several highly esteemed performing arts programs as well as many LAUSD schools in the region.
