REHEARSAL START DATE: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH, 2026
REHEARSAL DATES & TIMES: MONDAYS (AFTER SCHOOL) 3:00PM - 4:45PM
PICK-UP & DISMISSAL PROCEDURES:
REHEARSALS BEGIN SHORTLY AFTER THE END-OF-DAY BELL. An IIA teacher will pick up Kindergarten students before the bell and bring them to the center of the courtyard. First and second grade students who are not enrolled in another Overland after-school program should proceed directly to the auditorium at the bell, where an IIA teacher will greet them.
Students who also attend another Overland after-school program (STAR, STAR Galaxy, ELOP, etc.) should report to that program as usual. IIA teachers will go to those programs, sign the students out, and bring them to meet the rest of the group in the courtyard. All students and IIA teachers will then proceed to the auditorium together.
At the end of rehearsal, IIA teachers will escort students enrolled in other after-school programs back to those programs and sign them back in. Those students must be picked up from their respective after-school program, not from IIA/the auditorium. All other students will be dismissed by IIA teachers through the auditorium side doors.
