IIA’s Refund Policy: Imagination In Action’s Summer Camp Refund Policy ensures fairness and clarity for our participants. Families who withdraw from camp 14 days (two weeks) or more before the start date will receive a full refund, minus a 3% processing fee. For withdrawals made between 13 days before the start of camp and the day before the program is scheduled to begin, a refund of 75% of the total program cost, minus a 3% processing fee, will be issued. No refunds will be issued on or after the first scheduled day of the program.
