IIA’s After-School Musical Theatre Program: Sign-Up
Slots for each cohort are limited and are assigned on a first come/first served basis. Please fill out the information below. Once finished, please press the “sign-up” button below the form in order to pay for the show, which will then secure your child a slot in the program.
*In the event that the program has reached capacity, your payment will not be taken, however, you can opt to be put on the waiting list for your desired program.*
